1) Let’s Chat!

It starts with a simple phone call!  We can get acquainted over the phone, discuss your home, your goals and answer all your questions.  Once we understand your requirements, we’ll provide you with an estimate of your program costs.  If you like everything you hear and would like to explore further, we can move on to Step 2).

2) Let’s Meet!

We couldn’t commit to managing your home and beginning our relationship without first meeting together and visiting your home.  We’ll schedule a meeting at your property where you will have an opportunity to personally meet with your future Home Manager.  Together we’ll review and confirm every aspect of your property management needs and any other services which may be valuable to you.

3) Let’s Get Started!

When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll set a date to begin your service.  During our client onboarding process, we’ll confirm every detail of your program with you, including items like:

  • Scheduling of Services
  • Service Provider Introductions
  • Client Portal Access

Together we’ll establish a clear understanding of all expectations, ensuring we’re meeting them right from the start!

Will I be working through a salesperson?

 

At My Home Manager, we have no sales team.  Your initial conversations and meetings will be with an individual Home Manager in your area who will ultimately manage your home should you decide to move forward; the same person you may soon be calling My Home Manager!  Our client relationships are professional and cordial.  Establishing a trusted relationship with you is our goal, something we expect to earn over time. So we’ve designed our business model to allow you to get to know your Home Manager as early in the process as possible.  Our clients are motivated to engage in our services . . . we promise you a zero pressure engagement process every step of the way.

Your service is attractive, but it sounds expensive. What if I just want a monthly inspection and don’t want to add a big expense?

We love this question.  Many homeowners are in “coast mode”; no special projects, no unique needs, no anticipated issues.  They just want someone to occasionally check in on their home and also have a “go-to” person they can count on in case something comes up.  We do that all the time!  If this sounds like you, then you’re going to be pleasantly surprised at how affordable having a home manager can be.  And you’re going to love the peace of mind you’ll gain knowing you have a partner to support your home’s needs, just a call or click away!

Is there a written contract?

Yes.  While we’re very flexible in the delivery of our services, our responsibilities are too great to operate without a written client agreement.  We believe you’ll agree, it’s a fair agreement that makes a great deal of sense for everyone!

Must I make a long-term commitment?

Not at all!  While we hope to be of service to you for as long as you own your home, our agreements are immediately cancellable upon request.

How much does your service cost?

We want everyone to have a home manager!  So our client charges are based entirely on the services you wish to include in your program, small or large.  After an initial discussion, we will provide you with a quotation so you’ll know your program cost before exploring further.  We believe you’ll be pleased at how attainable this level of service, convenience and peace of mind can be!

Are you a home security company?

No.  Although we offer Smart Home solutions with features similar to those of traditional home security systems, we are not a home security company.  Our Smart Home solutions allows for visibility, control and monitoring of your home and can integrate with our home management services.  We’ll show you what’s possible, but of course, it’s always up to you!  The Point Central solution can be a perfect complement to your existing home security system.  If you are looking for a complete, state-of-the-art home security/automation system, please let us know.  Our partners at Alarm.com are available to assist!
