The key to our mutual success! Your home will be managed by a local, professional and dedicated Home Manager, your primary contact responsible for overseeing every aspect of your service. Our goal is to establish a personal, trusted relationship with you. You’ll love knowing you have a Home Manager who understands your priorities and cares for your home as much as you do; someone that you and your family can count on for as long as you own your home.
Property Inspections

Property Inspections
At the heart of our service, your Home Manager will visit your home and perform a thorough review of your property, inside and out, on a schedule that suits your needs. Property Inspection Reports are available to you via the Client Portal, detailing the results of each property inspection, including photos and descriptions of any necessary actions taken. You’ll be contacted immediately to discuss any property care requirements that are discovered.
Service Provider Management

Service Provider Management
We ensure all your recurring home services are delivered on time and on target.
We’ll inspect for service completion and can escalate requirements on your behalf. Your Home Manager will manage all your service providers so you won’t have to, saving you valuable time! We typically work with our clients’ existing service providers. If you need a recommendation, we can draw from our network of highly qualified local service providers across many categories.

Whether it’s a broken window, downed tree, loosened gutter or leaky water heater, eventually every home requires urgent attention.
You’ll enjoy peace of mind knowing that if the unplanned does arise, you’ll be able to say, “My Home Manager is taking care of it!” We’ll attend to your home’s unexpected needs, even when you’re not able to. Our Smart Home integration can also alert us to certain issues in real time, expediting attention and minimizing costly damage.

We can manage as much of your project as you wish, including gathering quotes, meeting with service providers, inspecting for progress and addressing issues throughout the entire life of the project. You’ll receive regular updates directly from your Home Manager, and the Client Portal will allow you to view project documents. approve quotations, view scheduled and completed activity, whenever you feel like checking in. You’ll have complete visibility to all aspects of your project, every step of the way!

Household Finance
Let’s face it, paying bills and balancing checkbooks is simply no fun at all. And inspecting invoices and dealing with service providers can be very time consuming.
